All products are ordered to each customers liking and are subject to our stated processing and turnaround times. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer. While we will assist in resolving shipping issues when possible, BubbasHelpingPaw is not liable for delays, lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at the time of purchase. BubbasHelpingPaw is not responsible for orders delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless the item arrives defective or an error was made by BubbasHelpingPaw.
