Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of use or wear
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return has been processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the order may be subject to the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges incurred before a refund is issued.
Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages will be processed after the package has been returned and received by us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Processing Time
Please allow up to 16 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit times.
